ABOUT THE OBR

The OBR allows you to view and print reports on all the Tasmania Together goals, indicators and measures of progress. The online benchmark reports measure progress against targets and include: charts of progress, data series in tables, links to data sources, dates for next data releases, explanations of each measurement, benchmark targets, comments on Tasmania's progress and progress status.

You can:

• Search a database of all the Tasmania Together progress measures;
  
• Browse the 12 goals and relevant indicators;
  
• View progress reports by selected goal - this can be a detailed report or a summary of progress for all measures;
  
• View progress reports on selected measures - select one or more benchmarks and view a detailed report or a summary of progress for selected measures;
  
• View progress reports by headline indicators - this can be a detailed report or a summary of progress for all measures; and
  
• Print progress reports for one or more indicators which show detailed or summary information on progress towards the targets

NAVIGATION

To move around the site you can use any of the following functions:
 
Navigation links: | Search | Progress Reports | Home | at the top of each page;

• | Search | allows you to find a specific benchmark, either by clicking inside the search box and entering a word - eg ambulance or, if known, the benchmark number - 4.4.6
  
• | Progress Reports | takes you to summary or detailed reports on all goals, measures of progress and headline indicators.
  
• | Home | takes you back to the OBR list of goals.

'Double' arrows: or roll-over is used to select goals or reports.

This is the first page you will see when you select ‘Benchmark Reports’ from the side menu within the Tasmania Together website.

To begin...

Roll over the list of goals and click to select the goal of interest or use the 'Double' arrows, on the right hand side of the page.

• Then, select an indicator from the list provided (roll over and click on an indicator of interest).
  
• A summary report about the selected indicator is shown - you may need to scroll down to view the report.
  
• If you would like to view a detailed progress report on a selected indicator, click on View Detailed Progress Report on this Measure.

• To get to the reports page, select | Progress Reports | from the navigation links at the top of the page, then...
  
• Decide whether you want to see a summary or detailed progress report on a particular goal, progress measure or headline indicator and click on the chosen style.
  
• After choosing a report style other options allowing you to customise your report are offered.

Reports on Goals

• Select a goal of interest from the list.

Reports on Measure of Progress

Two report options are provided for Selected Progress Measures: a detailed or summary report.

• To begin... select the type of report by using the double arrows on the right side of the page.
• Check the tick box to select a goal/s of interest, then click on the down arrows on the right side of the page to view the list of indicators.
  
  
• To view the report, click on the Generate Report  button in the lower right corner of the page. 

Reports on Headline Indicators

• To view ‘Details of Progress on Selected Headline Indicator’,  select a Headline Indicator/s of interest.
  
• To view ‘Summary of Progress on All Headline Indicators’, click More Detail  on any Headline Indicator.
